Don’t you just hate it when something is so obvious and right in front of you but you can’t see it. It turns out that “Disable Changes” is checked after installing the MQSAgent for the BizTalk 2004 MQ Adapter. Uncheck, now I can change the user identity of MQSAgent. Go figure.
