Topic:  ATLAS

AJAX and client side technologies are all the rage with programmers.  Microsoft is working on a set of technologies for building client side web based applications.  These applications can rival the capabilities of Windows GUI applications.  We'll look at going beyond what’s available in AJAX and see what other features the MS Atlas Framework will deliver

Speaker: Wally McClure

Wally (Blog) is a graduate of Georgia Tech with a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering. Wally has 16 years of consultant experience. He has worked for companies such as The Coca-Cola Company, Lucent Technologies, and the US Department of Education. Wally is an MVP & ASPInsider. He is the author of three books on .NET including “AJAX with ASP.NET.” He is getting ready to start his fourth book on Microsoft’s Atlas product based on RTM code that will be released. He also runs the ASP.NET Podcast.
