I am currently working on migrating my company's Access 2007 HR database over to SQL and the UI over to Sharepoint. Access 2007 has this feature baked in, but has anyone tried it yet? Any words of wisdom? I was also considering just trying to migrate my data over to the template Microsoft has out there for HR/Recruiting management.
