.Net Developer, Senior
OPEN REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing web and windows applications in a .Net environment.
Must have strong understanding of standard Systems Development Lifecycle Methodology and concept of adhering to standards. Must possess strong verbal and written communication
skills.
LOOKING FOR EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS:
· .Net framework inclusive of core .Net programming languages, concepts and systems such as VB.Net, C#.Net, ASP.Net and web-services
· Methods, processes, patterns and procedures used in the designing, coding, testing, and deploying of applications in the .Net environment
· Standard development and scripting languages such as HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, VBScript, and XML
· UML and object-oriented concepts
· User Interface design and development
· Software models and services and developing applications in a multi-tiered environment (presentation, business and data services)
· Relational databases such as SQL Server and Oracle
· Database queries, stored procedures, database design and normalization
· Test concepts and practices
· Development, reporting, and testing tools
KINDS OF WORK: (NOT INTENDED TO BE ALL- INCLUSIVE)
- Consult with clients to define user requirements, prepare development proposals and create specifications for application design and testing.
- Follow technical and procedural standards (SDLM) for systems design, development, verification, and implementation.
- Multi-task and manage unstructured tasks within specific guidelines and time constraints.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for newly created or modified custom applications.
- Work independently on small projects.
- Work in a collaborative team environment.
- Take directives from management and perform tasks efficiently.
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
